On the sixth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me…
Six Geese a- Eggnog
Ingredients:
1/2 cup eggnog
2 pinches nutmeg
1 pinch cloves
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon Mexican Chocolate (Ibarra cinnamon-flavored Mexican chocolate)
1-1/2 oz. Reposado Tequila
Mexican Chocolate Shavings
Ingredients:
In a saucepan, whisk together eggnog, nutmeg, cloves and cocoa powder. Heat mixture over med-low heat until simmering, do not boil. Slowly add the grated Mexican chocolate until melted. Remove from heat, add Tequila. Serve in warm mug. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
