    Six Geese a- Eggnog

    Ingredients:
    1/2 cup eggnog
    2 pinches nutmeg
    1 pinch cloves
    1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 tablespoon Mexican Chocolate (Ibarra cinnamon-flavored Mexican chocolate)
    1-1/2 oz. Reposado Tequila
    Mexican Chocolate Shavings

    Ingredients:
    In a saucepan, whisk together eggnog, nutmeg, cloves and cocoa powder. Heat mixture over med-low heat until simmering, do not boil. Slowly add the grated Mexican chocolate until … Read more

  • Woodward Eggnog

    You’ll need: mixing glass, Boston shaker, Hawthorn strainer, rocks glass, micro plane.

    Ingredients:
    1 oz Sailor Jerry rum
    .5 oz Tuaca
    1 oz heavy cream
    Splash simple syrup
    1 whole egg
    Cinnamon and nutmeg for garnish

    Directions:
    Place all ingredients into the mixing glass. Add ice. Shake hard (about 20 sec). Place Hawthorn strainer over shaker and strain into rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with shaved cinnamon and nutmeg.
