    Ingredients:
    1 oz Baileys Original Irish Cream
    .5 oz iced coffee
    1 oz Bulleit Bourbon
    1/8 oz 2:1 raw sugar syrup
    3 mint sprigs

    Directions:
    Mix coffee and sugar syrup together and set aside. In a highball glass, layer 2 mint sprigs in the bottom of the glass, then top with crushed ice.     Ingredients:
    1.5 oz Dewars White Label
    1 oz Disaronno Amaretto
    1 bar spoon of honey                           
    .75 oz lemon juice
    3-4 oz hot water
    1 cinnamon stick, cracked

    Directions:

    1/2 oz Hiram Walker Caramel Apple Liqueur
    1/2 Part Ginger Liqueur
