Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz. Pink Pigeon Rum
  • 1 Sugar Cube
  • 3 - 4 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

Instructions

Place sugar cube in a champagne flue, soak with Peychaud’s Bitters. Add rum to the glass. Fill with champagne Garnish with lemon twist Glass: Champagne Flute Garnish: Lemon Twist
