The Honey Sour

Warm Weather Must Haves: Quality Tequila and Fantastic Cocktails such as The Honey Sour, the perfect balance of savory and sweet.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Partida Reposado Tequila
  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Honey Syrup (equal parts honey with water)
  • Egg White

Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with zest of an orange peel – discard when used.
