The Double-Rock Zombie

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Botran Reserva Rum
  • 1 oz. Botran Solera Rium
  • ¾ oz. Tom’s Mix (½ oz. passion and ¼ oz. mango)
  • ¾ oz. Orgeat Syrup
  • ¾ oz. Lime Juice
  • Handful of crushed Rock Candy
  • Fresh mint

Instructions

1. In a mixing glass, combine all liquid ingredients and shake vigorously 2. Moisten drinking glass rim with lime wedge and dip it in crushed Rock Candy 3. Add crushed ice to drinking glass 4. Strain liquid ingredients over crushed ice and enjoy! Garnish: Fresh sprig of mint Courtesy Botran Rum
