Scottish Grasshopper

Ingredients

  • ½ oz. Drambuie
  • ½ oz. Green Crème de Menthe
  • ½ oz. White Crème de Cacao
  • 1 oz. Half-and-Half

Instructions

In a mixing tin half-filled with ice, add Drambuie Green Crème de Menthe White Crème de Cacao Shake until tin is frosted (about 20 seconds), add: 1 oz. Half-and-Half Swirl to chill, strain into a chilled martini glass, drizzle ¼ oz. Green Crème de Menthe over top.
