Rob Roy (Scotch Manhattan)

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz scotch whisky
  • ¼ oz sweet vermouth

Instructions

Combine in a shaker with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry. Can also be served on ice in a rocks glass and built right in the glass. Dry Rob Roy: - substitute dry vermouth for the sweet vermouth, garnish with an olive. Perfect Rob Roy: - use ¼ oz of both sweet and dry vermouth, garnish with a lemon twist
