New Year in Lambeth

Happy New Year! This week we feature a recipe made with Beefeater’s new winter-edition gin. According to Beefeater’s Master Distiller Desmond Payne, Beefeater Winter features the added botanicals cinnamon, nutmeg and pine shoots providing a deep rich taste.

New Year in Lambeth is a cocktail honoring the Beefeater distillery located in the Lambeth District of London as well as featuring the flavor profile of Beefeater Winter Edition.

Ingredients

  • 2 parts Beefeater Winter Edition Gin
  • 1 part Plymouth Sloe Gin
  • 2 parts apple juice
  • ½ part lemon juice
  • ½ part simple sugar syrup
  • 2 parts Champagne

Instructions

Add the first five ingredients into a highball glass and stir. Fill the glass with ice and top with Champagne. Garnish with an orange wheels.
