Well they got it partially correct. You don’t stir this drink. The liquids will stay separated to some degree because of the specific gravity of each drink. The makeup is so that as the drink is consumed through the straw, the kahlua follows the vodka and the soda follows the kahluha. Stirring this drink ruins it.
