Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz light rum
  • 1 slice pineapple
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 egg (optional)

Instructions

Combine with a scoop of ice in an electric mixer. Mix well (15–20 sec). Pour into a collins glass.
