Make It Work Mojito

The “Make It Work Mojito” was served at the Project Runway Season 10 Wrap Party and enjoyed by the well-heeled including New York Fashion Week Founder Fern Mallis, Jay McCarroll (winner of Season One of Project Runway) and Designers Alicia Hardesty and Kooan Kosukeas.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Purity Vodka
  • 2 ounces simple syrup
  • Lime wedges
  • Mint leaves

Instructions

Muddle approx. (6) wedges of lime with (8) mint leaves into a tall drink glass. Add Purity Vodka, syrup and crushed ice. Fill up with soda water. Garnish with a mint leaf.
