Long Island Iced Tea

It’s not summer in the Hamptons with out one!

Ingredients

  • ½ oz vodka
  • ½ oz gin
  • ½ oz rum
  • ½ oz tequila (optional)
  • ½ oz triple sec
  • 1 oz sweet & sour
  • Coca-Cola
  • Lemon twist

Instructions

Build in a collins glass. Top with Coke and garnish with lemon twist.

    I made this without the vodka and sweet and sour (only because I didn’t have any on hand) and it was delicious.
