Kiwi Caipiroska

This is a very simple addition to the classic Caipiroska recipe, with a fabulous color, and a lovely spring flavor. A tasty, luscious variation on this drink is to add vanilla-infused sugar, which is available in the spice aisle of most supermarkets.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ parts 42 Below Kiwi vodka
  • 1/3 part simple or sugar syrup
  • 4 wedges of lime

Instructions

In a mixing glass, muddle the limes with the sugar syrup. Add kiwi vodka, and fill with ice. Shake vigorously, and pour all into a rocks glass.
