Jameson Old Fashioned

Mixology Monday is on a Wednesday this month, but whatever, it is being hosted by our friend Lindsay at Brown, Bitter and Stirred

What better occasion to post this wonderful Jameson Old Fashioned that I enjoyed at PDT in New York?

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Jameson Irish whiskey
  • 1 sugar cube
  • 2–3 dashes angostura bitters

Instructions

Muddle the sugar with the bitters. Add ice and Jameson. Stir until cold (about 20 seconds). Garnish with a fresh orange peel.
