Green Bay Margarita

This twist on a margarita is a great way to celebrate Green Bay’s Super Bowl XLV team. Green Bay’s team colors, green and gold, are represented through pineapple and fresh mint. It’s kinda like a mojito margarita. I wonder how it is with cheddar?

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Herradura reposado tequila
  • 10-12 leaves mint
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • Pineapple 4x1 inch cubes

Instructions

Place pineapple and mint into a Boston shaker and crush with a muddler. Add ice to the shaker. Add all the liquid ingredients. Shake hard, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Serves 1.
