Dubonnet Cocktail

Born during prohibition to mask the taste of bad gin, this vintage drink remains a classic today.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz gin
  • 1 ½ oz Dubonnet
  • Lemon twist

Instructions

Add a few ice cubes to a mixing glass. Pour in Dubonnet and gin. Mix gently and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.
