Death and Taxes

The saying goes that only two thing are certain in life – death and taxes.  We would say that this is pretty accurate.  In homage to this adage, a drink called Death and Taxes has been created.  It will be a well earned treat after sending in that check to the taxman!

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Anejo Tequila
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 oz. Anaheim Chile Infused Triple Sec*
  • 1/2 oz. Mezcal
  • Spicy Bloody Mary mix (for drizzle)

Instructions

Add ingredients, except for the Spicy Bloody Mary mix, to a shaker filled with ice. Shake. Pour into rocks glass filled with ice. Drizzle with the Spicy Bloody Mary mix.
