American Flyer

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz light rum
  • ¼ oz fresh lime juice
  • ½ tsp simple syrup
  • Champagne

Instructions

Combine all but champagne with ice in a shaker and shake well. Strain into chilled collins of hurricane glass. Fill with champagne.
