    Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, so why not make some rose petal syrup? It’s pretty easy and, well girls like roses. Who wouldn’t impressed with this rosey pisco cocktail from the folks at Pisco Portón.

    Ingredients:
    2 parts Pisco Portón
    1.25 parts limoncello
    1 parts rose syrup
    2 parts lychee juice
    Top off with sparkling water

    The Hendrick’s Holiday Fix

    Ingredients:

    1 oz. Hendrick’s gin
    1 oz. St-Germain liqueur
    3 / 4 oz. lemon juice
    1 / 2 oz. simple syrup
    Sparkling wine
    Lemon wedge

    Directions:

    Combine all ingredients except sparkling wine in mixing glass. Shake with ice and roll into Collins glass. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

  • Woodward Eggnog

    You’ll need: mixing glass, Boston shaker, Hawthorn strainer, rocks glass, micro plane.

    Ingredients:
    1 oz Sailor Jerry rum
    .5 oz Tuaca
    1 oz heavy cream
    Splash simple syrup
    1 whole egg
    Cinnamon and nutmeg for garnish

    Directions:
    Place all ingredients into the mixing glass. Add ice. Shake hard (about 20 sec). Place Hawthorn strainer over shaker and strain into rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with shaved cinnamon and nutmeg.

  • Smoked Peach Ice Tea

    Ingredients:
    1 ½ oz Herradura Reposado   
    ½ oz Lemon Juice
    1 ½ oz Peach Juice                     
    1 ½ oz Earl Grey  tea
    ¼ oz Simple Syrup                 
    ¼ oz Mezcal
    1 Lemon Twist                
    1 Peach Slice

    Directions:                
    Fill a high ball with good quality cubed ice. Add all ingredients and stir thoroughly with a bar spoon. Garnish with a long lemon twist and/or a peach slice.

  • Nuts About Peanuts

    Ingredients:
    1 ¼ oz. Russian Standard Vodka
    ¾ oz walnut liqueur
    ¾ oz irish cream liqueur
    ¼ oz Butterscotch Schnapps
    1 scoop Peanut Butter
    1 oz simple syrup
    1.5 oz heavy whipping cream

    Directions:
    Stir peanut butter with Russian Standard Vodka, simple syrup and heavy whipping cream until peanut butter dissolves.  Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice in a shaker. Strain into a peanut butter rimmed, chilled cocktail glass.
