1 oz sparkling wine
1/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz simple syrup
3 drops apple cider vinegar
Spritz of Allspice Dram
Directions:
Combine Zacapa Rum 23, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and apple cider vinegar into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a coupe glass. Top with sparkling wine and an atomized spritz of Allspice dram.
