  • Bourbon Apple Glazed Chicken Wings

    Ingredients:
    2 lbs chicken wings, trimmed
    1 cup Maker’s Mark Bourbon
    1 can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed (12 ounces)
    ½ cup soy sauce
    ¼ cup cider vinegar
    ¼ cup dark brown sugar
    4 large cloves garlic, minced
    1 teaspoon salt
    ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
    1 tablespoon maple syrup

  • Mexican Egg Nog

    Did you know December 24th isn’t just Christmas Eve? It is also National Egg Nog Day! Get your nog on with this one, two punch from Suaza!

    Ingredients:
    3 parts Egg Nog (homemade or store bought)
    1 part Sauza Conmemorativo Tequila
    1 part Maker’s Mark Bourbon Whisky
    Cinnamon

    Directions:
    In a shaker filled with ice combine Egg Nog, Tequila and Bourbon. Shake to combine and serve chilled with a dash of cinnamon on top.

    Ingredients:
    4 pieces semi-boneless quail
    8 pieces baby turnips, peeled and sliced thinly into rounds

    Just for the Holidays, a twist on the classic Manhattan. Perfect for a Holiday Gathering!

    Ingredients:
    2 parts Maker’s 46
    1 part dry vermouth
    ½ part amaro
    Dash of maraschino liqueur
    Dash of orange bitters
    Orange twist for garnish

    Directions:

    2 tablespoons fresh finely ground espresso
    4 parts spring water
    3 parts + 1 part organic whole milk
    ½ cup ice cubes
    ½ part vanilla vodka*
    1 rock candy swizzle stick
    Fresh ground nutmeg
