  • The Patriot

    Ingredients:
    3 oz Russian Standard Vodka 
    0.5 oz fresh lime juice 
    0.5 oz agave nectar 
    6 cherry tomatoes 
    8 basil leaves 
    Kosher salt 
    Cracked black pepper

    Directions:
    Muddle cherry tomatoes and basil with a dash each of salt and pepper.  Add lime agave and Russian Standard Vodka.  Shake vigorously with ice cubes and double strain into a coupe glass rubbed with lime and rimmed with equal parts salt and black pepper.  Garnish with a basil … Read more

    Ingredients:
    2 oz Flor de Caña 7 Year Rum
    .5 oz simple syrup
    3 dashes Peychaud Bitters
    Dash Lucid Absinthe
    Grapes

    Directions:
    Salt rim of small rocks glass. Add Flor de Caña, simple syrup, Peychaud Bittes, and Lucid to shaker with ice. Strain into coup style glass. Garnish with red grapes.

    Created by Mixologist, Jonathan Pogash The Cocktail Guru, this punch packs…. well, a punch! Absinthe, Gin, fresh berries, ginger and OJ. Not exactly Apple Pie, but maybe we could start a new tradition.

    Ingredients:
    1 oz Lucid Absinthe
    1 oz gin
    2 strawberries, 2 blackberries
    1/2 oz. Ginger Syrup
    3/4 oz. Fresh Orange Juice
