  • Hot Buttered Brugal

    Ingredients:
    2 oz Brugal Añejo Rum
    1 teaspoon of honey
    ½ teaspoon of butter
    4 oz hot apple cider
    ½ oz Allspice dram by St. Elizabeth 

    Directions:

  • Amor Caliente

    Ingredients:
    1.5 oz Revolucion Blanco
    .5 oz Luxardo Amaretto
    .5 oz orange juice
    .5 oz honey

    Directions:
    Build ingredients in glass of your choice — we like an Irish coffee mug.  Add 2.5 oz. of very hot water from the kettle.  Stir.  Add “horsesneck” long orange peel studded with dried cloves.

    Ingredients:
    2 oz Revolucion Anejo
    .5 oz sweet vermouth
    1 oz rosemary-infused honey*

    Directions:
    Build ingredients in glass of your choice. Add 2.5 oz. of very hot water from the kettle. Stir. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary pierced through a lemon half wheel.

    *To make rosemary-infused honey, dissolve honey in hot water on the stovetop in a ratio of 1:1. Let cool for an hour with a bunch of rosemary in the pot. The … Read more

  • Holiday Pearadise

    Ingredients:
    1 ½ parts Tequila Avión Reposado Tequila
    1 part pear juice
    ½ part honey / orange marmalade syrup
    ½ part Lemon juice
    Sliced plum (reserve one slice for garnish)

    Directions:
    In a shaker, muddle ¾ of the plum with honey syrup in a shaker then add all ingredients. Shake and strain, then warm over a low heat.  Garnish with a plum slice to finish.
