  • Bourbon Apple Glazed Chicken Wings

    Ingredients:
    2 lbs chicken wings, trimmed
    1 cup Maker’s Mark Bourbon
    1 can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed (12 ounces)
    ½ cup soy sauce
    ¼ cup cider vinegar
    ¼ cup dark brown sugar
    4 large cloves garlic, minced
    1 teaspoon salt
    ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
    1 tablespoon maple syrup

  • Lucky Dragon

    Ingredients:
    2 oz Camus Elegance VSOP Cognac
    .5 oz Grand Marnier
    .25 oz ginger liqueur

    Directions:
    Combine all ingredients with ice and stir.  Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with an orange twist.

    Ingredients:
    2 oz Camus Elegance VS Cognac
    4 oz ginger ale
    2 lemons
    2 limes

    Directions:
    Squeeze the lemons and limes over fresh ice. Add the Camus and ginger ale to the ice and stir. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with cinnamon stick (optional).

    Ingredients:
    2 oz Dragonfruit-infused Purity Vodka
    3 oz sparkling water
    3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

    Directions:
    Fill a highball glass with ice, dash bitters, then add infused Purity and top with soda.  Garnish with a slice of dragon fruit.

    2 oz Purity Vodka
    1 oz pomegranate juice
    1 oz coconut water
    2 dashes Bitter Truth orange bitters

    Directions:
    Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice, stir until ice cold.  Strain over fresh ice in a highball glass, garnish with a slice of dragon fruit.

    Happy National Hot Toddy Day!

    Hot toddies make the perfect drink for wet or cold weather! There are lots of different ways to prepare the traditional cocktail from the Northern British style of boiling water, whisky with sugar or honey to the Southern style that uses hot tea instead of water.

    Ingredients:
    1.5 oz Revolucion Blanco
    .5 oz Luxardo Amaretto
    .5 oz orange juice
    .5 oz honey

    Directions:
    Build ingredients in glass of your choice — we like an Irish coffee mug.  Add 2.5 oz. of very hot water from the kettle.  Stir.  Add “horsesneck” long orange peel studded with dried cloves.
