  • Sugar Cookie

    Ingredients:
    2 1/2 oz Partida Resposado Tequila
    1 Tsp. Brown Sugar
    Brown sugar for garnish

    Directions:
    Rim cordial glass with brown sugar. Add tequila and brown sugar into a shaker with ice and shake ingredients well. Strain into glass.

  • Spiced Rum Toddy

    Ingredients:
    1 ½ oz Home-Spiced Flor de Caña  (spice recommendation: vanilla bean, nutmeg, cinnamon)
    3 oz hot water
    ½ teaspoon of butter on top
    1 cinnamon stick

    Directions:
    In an Irish coffee mug, add boiling water, rum and top with a small slice of butter. Stir with cinnamon stick and garnish with fresh nutmeg on top.

  • Toasty Toddy

    Ingredients:
    1.5 oz Dewars White Label
    1 oz Disaronno Amaretto
    1 bar spoon of honey                           
    .75 oz lemon juice
    3-4 oz hot water
    1 cinnamon stick, cracked

    Directions:
    In a mixing glass add one cracked cinnamon stick, lemon juice, bar spoon of honey, Disaronno, and 2 oz of Hot Water.  Stir contents until honey has properly dissolved.  Pour contents into toddy glass or wine goblet.  Add 1or 2 more ounces of hot water, and garnish … Read more

  • Balsamique

    Ingredients:
    1 1/2 parts Grey Goose Vodka
    3/4 part Crème Yvette
    1/4 part balsamic vinegar
    1 part pomegranate juice
    3/4 part agave nectar
    1 to 2 parts seltzer water

    Directions:
    In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add first five ingredients. Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with seltzer and garnish with a fresh orange slice.… Read more

  • Seven Layer Cookie

    Ingredients:
    3/4 oz Godiva Liqueur
    3/4 oz Coconut rum
    1/2 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
    1/2 oz Partida Anejo Tequila
    1/4 oz Frangelico
    1/2 Bailey’s Irish Cream
    1/2 oz Amaretto

    Directions:
    Garnish rim of a martini glass with crushed cookies crumbs. Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into martini glass.
