    The Hendrick’s Holiday Fix

    Ingredients:

    1 oz. Hendrick’s gin
    1 oz. St-Germain liqueur
    3 / 4 oz. lemon juice
    1 / 2 oz. simple syrup
    Sparkling wine
    Lemon wedge

    Directions:

    Combine all ingredients except sparkling wine in mixing glass. Shake with ice and roll into Collins glass. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

    Ingredients:
    1 / 4 green apple, chopped
    1 / 2 oz. pumpkin spiced syrup
    3 / 4 oz. Berenzen Apfel (or other apple) liqueur
    1 1 / 2 oz. date infused VSOP cognac
    1 / 2 oz. lime juice

    Directions:

    Splash of lemon juice

    2 oz pomegranate juice (unsweetened)
    ½ oz vanilla syrup
    1 oz heavy cream
