Campari Citrus Infusion

dotw logoMemorial Day weekend is upon us, thus kicking off the Summer Season. Even if Summer doesn’t “officially” begin for another month, it’s time to break out the grill, coolers and other gear for outdoor entertaining. Campari, the shockingly red Italian aperitif, had some of the world’s best mixologist create a series refreshing Summer cocktails. This week I chose a recipe that is perfect for that Summer BBQ Party.

Campari Citrus InfusionIngredients

  • 1 liter (~4 cups) Campari
  • 1 liter (~4 cups) SKYY Infusions Citrus
  • 1 gallon orange or tangerine juice
  • 4 lemons (sliced)
  • 4 limes (sliced)
  • 4 oranges (sliced)

Instructions

Mix everything together in a punch bowl or large pitcher. Serve in a highball or collins glass over ice.

Yields approximately 20 servings.
