Independence on Ice

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Baileys Irish Cream with a Hint of Caramel
  • ½ ounce Zacapa rum
  • ¼ ounce allspice dram
  • 1 ounce iced coffee
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Instructions

Add Baileys Irish Cream, Zacapa rum, allspice dram, and iced coffee to a cocktail shaker full of ice. Shake vigorously until chilled. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
