Ingredients2 ½ parts Absolut Pears pear vodka½ part diced plum¾ parts honey syrup½ part fresh lemon juice3 slices of fresh gingerInstructionsMuddle the plum and ginger together. Add pear vodka, honey syrup, a squeeze of lemon and ice. Shake and strain into martini glass.
