Ingredients
- ½ oz vodka
- 1 oz green crème de menthe
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- Mint
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high for 20 seconds. Pour into a chilled margarita or collins glass. Garnish with a mint sprig or a four-leaf clover.
