Mezcal Mai Tai - DOTW Stage

There’s a couple of things that I really love. One of which is Mezcal and the other was orgeat syrup. The reserved rum balances this cocktail perfectly and provides this classic gem a whole new dimension. May you imbibe well

Ingredients

1oz Scorpion Silver Mezcal
1oz Atlantico Reserve Rum
1/4oz Curaçao
3/4oz Orgeat Syrup(House Made)
3/4oz Fresh Lime Juice
Garnish; Crispy mint sprig and orange crab twist

Instructions

In a shaker combine all ingredients and add ice, shake well. Then add crushed ice to highball glass. Finally pour over crushed ice. Garnish, sip and enjoy!
