Bacardi Cocktail

The New York Supreme Court ruled that the only rum that may be used in this classic cocktail is Bacardi.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Bacardi light or gold rum
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • 1 tsp grenadine
  • ½ tsp sugar (optional)

Instructions

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass, or a highball over ice.
