Ingredients

  • 1 ½ parts Beefeater gin
  • ½ part Campari
  • 1 part fresh-squeezed ruby grapefruit juice
  • 2 tsp simple syrup
  • 2 dash orange bitters

Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a wide strip of grapefruit peel.
