1 ½ oz rose water (Can use Monin Rose Syrup mixed with water as alternate)
1 oz prickly pear juice
¼ oz fresh lemon juice
Instructions
1. Shake all ingredients over ice.
2. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
3. Garnish with a crimson rose petal and fresh strawberry.

Holy rose water! That is waaaaaaay too much rose water!!! I tried fixing this drink by pouring my drink back into the shaker and making a double – leaving out the rose water. Still bad…and I’ve totally wasted 4oz of this tequila. I think a teeny tiny splash of rose water would’ve been more than enough. Maybe using Monin Rose Syrup would be better. But just be careful if you’re using real rose water. And where did this photo come from? Prickly pear juice is a BRIGHT magenta color (which is what the drink ends up being too). ??
